SMS Verification Opt-In
Unifi Healthcare may use additional methods to enroll employees in the SMS Employee Alerts Service, including verification codes and QR codes.
Two-Factor Verification (2FA / OTP)
During the employee onboarding process or through your employee portal, you may be asked to verify your phone number to receive SMS alerts:
- Enter your phone number. Provide your mobile phone number through the employee portal or onboarding form.
- Receive a verification code. A one-time verification code (OTP) will be sent to your phone via text message.
- Enter the code. Input the verification code to confirm your phone number and consent to receive SMS alerts.
The initial verification text message you receive will include information about the SMS Employee Alerts Service and instructions on how to opt out at any time.
QR Code Opt-In
You may also find QR codes displayed in your workplace (breakrooms, notice boards, onboarding materials) that link to our SMS opt-in page. Simply scan the QR code with your phone's camera to be directed to the enrollment form.
