SMS Employee Alerts Service

By opting in to the Unifi Healthcare SMS Employee Alerts Service (“Service”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Service Description

The SMS Employee Alerts Service is an internal communication tool operated by Unifi Healthcare. The Service sends automated text messages to enrolled employees for the following purposes:

  • Operational alerts — Critical updates about workplace operations, safety, and facility status
  • Important notices — Notifications about schedule changes, policy updates, and company announcements
  • Emergency communications — Time-sensitive information requiring immediate employee awareness

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on operational needs. You may receive multiple messages per week, though frequency will depend on business circumstances and the nature of communications.

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive messages, you confirm that:

  • You are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device associated with the phone number provided
  • You voluntarily consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Unifi Healthcare
  • Consent is not a condition of employment — You may decline to participate without any impact on your employment status

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of the SMS Employee Alerts Service at any time using any of the following methods:

  • Text STOP to the number from which you received a message
  • Text QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to the same number
  • Contact us at support@unifihealth.net

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will not receive further SMS communications unless you re-enroll.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received. Unifi Healthcare is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

Supported Carriers

The Service is compatible with most major U.S. wireless carriers. Unifi Healthcare is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Liability

Unifi Healthcare is not liable for any delays, failures, or errors in SMS message delivery. The Service is provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery of messages.

CTIA Compliance

This Service operates in compliance with the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) guidelines for commercial SMS messaging. All messaging practices adhere to applicable federal and state regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
